Consent for data processing: Your personal consent is the basis for the processing of your data (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation);

Purposes of processing your personal data: On behalf of the Data controller, the GRANDEG will process the data to ensure the price offer submission, as well as for the performance of the future contract, if any are concluded with the data subject. The controller shall be entitled to transfer my data to the cooperation partners, including those outside the EU, where this is necessary for preparation of the offer.

Basis for the processing of personal data: SIA GRANDEG uses the following bases for personal data processing:

Consent: inter alia the use of the data subject's contact information for the preparation of the price offer and the conclusion and execution of the contract with the right to transfer the data to cooperation partners;

Preserving the legitimate interests of the controller: inter alia keeping the information for examination of the data subject's claims and providing evidence to the authorities specified in regulatory enactments.

Potential data recipients: SIA GRANDEG can transfer the data subject's personal data to the following personal data recipients: SIA GRANDEG SERVISS, as well as other cooperation partners. Data processing conditions are governed by a mutually agreed contract.

Duration of data processing: SIA GRANDEG will process the mentioned personal data until the accomplishment of the processing purpose indicated in these regulations. Data will be stored for ten years on the basis of the regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia, but if cooperation is not established, not longer than for 6 months.

Your rights: the data subject has the right to familiarise himself with the data submitted and to correct them, to receive and to transfer them to another controller. Any request must be submitted in writing by e-mail: info@grandeg.lv.

The data subject is entitled to withdraw his or her consent for the processing of data without any negative consequences. With the withdrawal of his or her consent, the data subject no longer wants to receive an offer. Such a withdrawal is to be sent to the e-mail: info@grandeg.lv.

The participant in the lottery has the right to submit a complaint about data processing to the State Data Inspectorate.
